UNIDO ITPO Italy took part in the award ceremony of the 12th edition of the Premio Impresa Ambiente, the highest Italian recognition for companies pioneering best practices for sustainability, held on 11th April 2025 in Venice, Italy.

Under the category "Best process/technology for the recycling and transformation of textile waste", UNIDO ITPO Italy's Head Diana Battaggia presented a special award to the participating company Nazena, for their innovative approach to the management of textile waste by adopting innovative technologies which transform waste into new materials, thus contributing to circular economy and a more sustainable future.
